My hope, prayer and expectation is that your experience of coaching would be like my own.
My personal experience of coaching is one where I have grown in spiritual understanding and experience. I have seen this spiritual growth in both others and in my own walk. Coaching seems to accelerate growth by applying some principles from what the Celtic church called ‘Anam Cara, a soul friend companion.
These principles include being intentional, being held accountable to what God has said and having companionship of a fellow disciple, we learn together using these elements to hear Jesus clearly and do what He says.
I am honoured, and happy to walk with you my sister or brother, (even in a group) as you seek to faithfully follow Jesus.
For leadership coaching we will process this through Cairn coaching.
