Scots born and raised, Iain is husband to Heather raising two teenage children.
With over 20yrs of helping people, in a parish church context, Iain has a desire to listen and ask helpful questions so that people can proccess and plan their way forward on any and all of life's challenges.
Pastimes
Hill walking and long rambles with our collie dog.
Watching films and reading historical fiction.
Drinking coffee over conversation with friends.
Listening to music and playing my guitar .

A double graduate, Iain has spent a lifetime of putting theory into practice and processing practical challenges, both individually and in teams.

Trained and experienced in professional supervision of people being trained and equipped in Ministry.
Iain has experienced over 7 years of being coached in 3DM huddles.
He has also been trained by 3DM and led coaching huddles for 3 years with them; he continues coaching for Cairn.
Iain has completed 43.5hrs, out of the necessary 60 training hours, building towards an ICF accreditation through Creative Results Management.
